Not-Live Ai (available via web at not-live-ai.online and as an Android native companion application) is developed and maintained by Shubham X Infotech (SXI). We believe in democratic, privacy-first access to high-performance artificial intelligence.

This Privacy Policy articulates how we collect, store, process, and safeguard your data, and outlines your right to inspect, export, or permanently erase your data at any time.

2 Information We Collect

We adhere to strict data minimization principles. We only collect the minimal information necessary to deliver authenticated multi-device sync, personalized AI response formatting, and account security:

• Account Credentials: Your Email Address, encrypted password (hashed with salted bcrypt), and Profile details (Display Name, Date of Birth, City, and Professional/Student role).
• Chat Conversations: Conversation titles, user prompts, generated responses, and pinned status, enabling continuous conversation history across web browsers and Android devices.
• Session & Security Tokens: Cryptographically random 48-character bearer tokens used to authenticate API transactions securely.
• Diagnostic & Performance Telemetry: Anonymized application crash logs and response latency metrics used strictly to optimize inference speed and maintain service uptime.

3 Device Permissions (Android App)

Our Android application requires zero sensitive runtime permissions:

• android.permission.INTERNET — Required to transmit prompts to the neural inference core and sync chat history.
• android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — Used to detect connectivity loss and gracefully display offline status.
• Voice Input — Delegated strictly to the Android system's native SpeechRecognizer intent. The app does not record or capture raw audio in the background.
• No Storage/Media Permissions — PDF exports and downloads utilize Android's modern Scoped Storage and MediaStore APIs without requesting broad external storage permissions.

4 Security Architecture & Encryption

Your data is protected under robust industry-grade defensive protocols:

• Transport Layer Security: Pure HTTPS/TLS with strict HSTS preload enforcement (android:usesCleartextTraffic="false"). Cleartext unencrypted traffic is forbidden.
• Credential Storage: Passwords are never stored in plain text. They are irreversibly salted and hashed using bcrypt.
• Data Isolation: All cloud database queries utilize prepared statements with parameter binding to prevent SQL injection and unauthorized cross-account data exposure (IDOR).
• Zero Data Selling: We do not sell, rent, monetize, or disclose your personal data or conversation prompts to advertisers or third-party data brokers.

5 Account & Data Deletion (Play Store Mandate)

In strict accordance with Google Play's User Data and Account Deletion Policy, users possess the absolute right to permanently delete their account and all associated data at any time.

Path 1: In-App Deletion (Android):

Launch Not-Live Ai on Android → Navigate to Settings → Scroll to Account Management → Click Delete Account → Confirm your account password. All associated database records are purged immediately.
